Manukau Building Consultants (MBC) is a Council Controlled Trading Organisation (CCTO) set up by Manukau City Council (MCC) to provide building consent A consent for building work, including plumbing and drainage, to begin in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. A Building Consent is issued by a Building Consent Authority (BCA) and is not a Resource Consent which is issued by a Territorial Authority (TA). processing and compliance inspections for the Manukau Region.   Although we are 100% owned by MCC we operate independently as a private enterprise.

Since our inception in 2007 we have built up the largest team of building consent A consent for building work, including plumbing and drainage, to begin in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. A Building Consent is issued by a Building Consent Authority (BCA) and is not a Resource Consent which is issued by a Territorial Authority (TA). experts and qualified compliance officers in the Manukau region. We have well over 200 years of combined experience and provide services to a large number of architectural and construction companies. We have also developed high quality processing and operational systems and are currently ISO9001 -2008 Telarc registered.
