Lodging your Building Consent

In Manukau, you can apply directly to Manukau Building Consultants for your building consent. You are not able to lodge your application at Manukau City Council direct. There is plenty of free carparking at our office in Botany Junction (Above the Coffee Club) and you can submit your application at any time with out an appointment.
